About vZn
Russian-Speaking Private Assistance in Portugal
vZn Tailored Experience was created for Russian-speaking travellers who value clarity, discretion and genuinely personal attention. We understand the challenges of arriving in a new country, from language and cultural nuances to the countless details that shape an effortless stay.
We work in Russian first, and in English too, with Russian-speaking travellers from every part of the world. We talk to you in Russian and coordinate locally in Portuguese or English, so every request is understood and handled with confidence.
We work across Portugal, from Lisbon and Porto to the Algarve, the Alentejo and every destination your itinerary leads to, so everything is arranged in advance wherever you go.
During your time in Portugal, you benefit from a private chauffeur and personal assistant available 24/7, along with exclusive reservations and custom-designed itineraries created around your preferences. We combine local expertise, refined service, and absolute confidentiality to ensure your stay is effortless, elegant, and truly exclusive.
"More than a service, we become your trusted personal assistant in Portugal."
Vadim Nikitin
Founder · vZn Tailored Experience
With extensive experience in luxury hospitality and tourism, I understand that exceptional service is not simply about arranging more. It is about anticipating what matters, removing unnecessary effort, and allowing each client to enjoy Portugal with complete confidence.
I founded vZn Tailored Experience with a clear belief: convenience should feel personal, discreet, and considered. Every detail is approached with genuine care, from the first conversation to the final day of your stay, so the service adapts naturally to you rather than asking you to adapt to it.
